What are the courses offered and what is the duration of each course?

State Quota (85%)

What are the eligibility criteria for admission into BAMS course?

  • 12th standard with science or any other equivalent examination recognized by concerned State Governments and Education boards provided the candidate passes the examination with 50% aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • For Foreign Students any other equivalent qualification approved by the university will be allowed.
  • And eligibility in National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) is mandatory

What are the eligibility criteria to get admission into MD/MS(Ayu) course?

  • A person possessing the degree in BAMS course, Qualified in All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test(AIAPGET).
  • For Government sponsored candidates: Recommended by Ministry of AYUSH sponsored by Indian Council for Cultural Exchange Relation

Is it necessary to take entrance examination to get admission?

  • For BAMS- National Eligibility Entrance Test or Government conducted Tests are necessary.
  • For MD/MS (Ayu)- All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET)

Is it necessary to take entrance examination to get admission under management quota?

  • Yes, candidate should be qualified in National Eligibility Entrance Test for BAMS & in All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) for MD/ MS (Ayu).
  • Even for NRI quota, the candidate should be qualified in AIAPGET/ NEET

Yes, the college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, Bangalore. Regulatory body is Central council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi. When is the last date to apply for the course?

Admission to BAMS and MD/ MS (Ayu) will be held through State Government through Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Please visit https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ at regular interval for information.

For BAMS admission:

  • S.L.C. Certificate / 10th standard as age proof
  • Pre- University marks card (1st& 2ndyear)/ 10+2
  • Scheduled caste & Scheduled Tribes certificate/ OBC, if applicable

What are the accommodation facilities available for students within the campus? Well facilitated hostels are separately available for boys and girls over enquiry during admissions by applying for it.
