The Institute offers condolence on union of His Holiness Sri Sri Sri Vishwesha Teertha Swamiji with Almighty.
A condolence meet was organized in the Institute on 30th Dec 2019 to pay respect to the divine soul of His Holiness Sri Sri Sri Vishwesha Teertha Swamiji. The pontiff established Ayurveda institutes in Udupi & Siddapura to meet the health care needs of the common man. Swamiji established many educational institutions to provide education to all. Being a firm believer in the science of Ayurveda, he practiced & propagated the same. At every visit to SDM Ayurveda Hospital he prayed for the better health of the health seekers.

The sacred Tulasi offered to Lord Krishna by Swamiji is embedded with healing powers. The medicines prepared from this Tulasi in the Pharmacy healed various diseases.
